Description: Workshops In-Service Supply Contract (WISSC) will be a 5 year Contract awarded to a single Supplier who will be able to provide capabilities to equipment ranging from Vehicle Lifts, Hot Water Mobile Pressure Washers, Welding Equipment, Metal Working, Wood Working, Foam Cutting Router, Garage Equipment, Gas Forges, Floor Cleaning Equipment, Industrial Routers, Lifting Equipment, Warehousing Equipment, and Sewing Machines. The Contract will include but not be limited to:
Repair and Maintenance Services
Commissioning/Decommissioning
Technical Support
Post Design Services (PDS)/Ad-Hoc Tasks
Procurement of additional equipment to replace equipment Beyond Repair (BR), Beyond Economic Repair (BER), or in any other circumstances that it may be necessary.

Technical Documentation Provision and Upkeep
The equipment listed above are in continuous use by tri-service and civilian run workshops throughout the Specified Location, operational platforms and in several overseas locations (circa 400). Therefore, the contract needs to be in place to carry out mandatory (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER)), Lifting Operation and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER)) servicing and repairs together with the supply of new/replacement machinery and associated items to ensure the continued safety of the operators and machinery.
