Description: The Awarding Authority is looking to appoint a dynamic, suitably qualified and experienced company to provide a Flying Display Director (FDD), Flying Control Committee (FCC), Air Traffic Control Services (ATS) and all associated elements to manage and deliver a flying display at each event.
Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most advantageous bid.
It is anticipated that the contract term will be from April 2025 to 31st March 2027, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 2 years (subject to contract review and budget availability). This project is being procured under the Procurement Act 2023: Light Touch Regime
