Description: This is a Voluntary Transparency Notice to notify of intention to award a contract directly to Tonic Analytics Limited, this is due to the fact the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for the AAD system previously delivered to 1710 NAS belong to Tonic Analytics. This includes the User Interface design, the Analytic Algorithms (Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)) and all computer Source Code. 1710 NAS does not possess the source code and would not be able to utilise it in any way.
