Description: This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information relating to the Authority currently having two support contracts in place with two different suppliers which are due to expire in May and Jul 2024. SECRET Cloud plan is to place a single contract to replace these expiring contracts to combine and enhance the capabilities offered. The objective of the RFI is to gain a firm view of suppliers' capability for the continued support and security monitoring that is currently being provided and to receive ROM costs for the service.
