4. Description: The Authority intends to place a multi-product, multi-supplier Framework Agreement contract for handheld thermal optics (Long Wave Infra-Red) for £1 consideration. The possible total contract value is anticipated to be up to £8M ex-VAT (SUBJECT TO CONTRACT) across multiple suppliers
The purpose of this framework is to enable the Authority to flexibly procure the CTO capability for Front Line Commands (FLCs) over the next 7 years dependent on user requirements and funding
This project will initially pre-qualify potential suppliers through the DPQQ process then an ITT will be issued to enable compliant suppliers to be brought onto the framework contract.
