Essential upgrades to life critical fire alarm system at Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Prince Charles Hospital and Glanrhyd Hospital.
Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Prince Charles Hospital and Glanrhyd Hospital are all covered under an existing maintenance contract. There will be a requirement for an ongoing maintenance contract to serve and support the essential upgrades being undertaken.
There are significant technical conformances required in supporting a fire alarm system upgrade and continuity of service is a vitally important factor in considering the appointment of a contractor who will have the necessary skillset and local knowledge to safely complete the required task. The importance of engineer experience and reliability should not be underestimated– particularly when acknowledging fire alarm systems as being critical support features for keeping our healthcare stakeholders & property safe against the risk of fire.
Morris Churchfield Fire hold the necessary knowledge and experience to understand the functional duties of our fire alarm system and just as importantly the courses of action that needs to be undertaken to keep a fire alarm system operationally safe within a hospital environment (at all times).
