Title of IFIB: Cognitive Warfare Concept Development contractor support.
Requirement: HQ SACT Concept Development Branch requires the support of one contractor to support research, workshop facilitation and writing for Cognitive Warfare Concept Development.
This contractor must have:
a strong background in influence of human cognition, behaviour, decision making, and hybrid threats
the utility of emerging disruptive technologies in said fields
Type of contract: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
Period of performance: 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 with the possibility of one, 6-month option period of 3 January to 30 June 2024.
