Maximum £2,400 limit of liability for Travel and Subsistence (T&S) over two (2) year duration.
All expenses must be pre-agreed between the parties and must comply with the MOD T&S Policy.
Suppliers must use Authority’s Purchase Payment Tool (CP&F) or be prepared to sign up to the tool
Working day would be 8 hours (Monday to Friday) which includes a 30 minute lunch break during the working hours between 0700 – 1900

About the work
Early market engagement
Who the specialist will work with Civilian, Military and contractors within the MOD and wider Defence Industry.
What the specialist will work on Create/maintain programme and project level schedules that are fully resourced/including dependencies in Project 2016/Project online. Compliance with all DD planning/scheduling/risk management policies and act as SME.
Work with PMs ensuring weekly Project 2016 Schedule reviews occur/update Schedules within 2 working days for weekly highlight report generation and monthly governance boards.
Work with International partners to produce Integrated Master Schedules utilising APAN.
Work Sponsor and ISG Delivery Team to ensure ISP creation, tracking and reporting is completed.
Experience of PBS/WBS, Critical Path Analysis, IMD & dependency Management.
Help identify/capture risks at monthly reviews and update ARM tool for monthly governance boards.
Work setup
Working arrangements: MOD Corsham is the base location. Hybrid working with site attendance in line with MOD business needs (Hybrid working is a mixture of working from home and working on site). Some travel to other MOD sites as required.
Security clearance Valid SC clearance must be in place prior to the contract starting and for the duration of the contract. The Authority will not sponsor any clearance.

Experience of managing project plans, tracking and report progress using Microsoft Project Online – 20%
Experience of working within Defence on International Programmes to generate Integrated Master Schedules – 15%
Understanding of the management of plans and schedules at different hierarchical levels through consolidation or using Integrated Master Schedules experience of integrating external supplier plans into project/programme plans – 10%
Experience in performing schedule risk and impact analysis with a detailed understanding of critical path analysis, schedule integrity and progress reporting – 10%
Experience of Risk Management, including risk identification, evaluation and use of the ARM tool including the exploitation of the tool for specific reports and MI – 10%
Experience in developing and managing fully resourced schedules using WBS/PBS (including resource loading and levelling to actively manage workload and over or under allocations) – 5%
Understanding of planning for technically complex large-scale IT projects and programmes – 5%
Must have detailed understanding of standard project management principles and techniques (e.g. APM, MSP, Prince2, PMI) – 5%
