Description: The World Bank with support from UKs Good Governance Fund, at the request of National Integrity Authority of Moldova intends to assess the e-Integrity Information System (hereinafter referred to as e-Integrity). e-Integrity assessment will provide insights on functional, governance, security, data, technological and usage situation and prospects, which will be used to identify opportunities for further improvement of the system. This is a first stage of a more comprehensive e-Integrity quality assessment that in the second stage will include gap analysis and user perception review. This stage will focus mainly on compliance with existing legislation, adherence to specifications, security, data integrity and resiliency norms. Outcomes of this stage will inform and prioritize subsequent steps for e-Integrity improvement. General goal: Assess e-Integrity quality from governance, functional, security, technological, data and use perspectives.
