– Re-roof of the lower section of flat roof on the control building.
– Installation of a new power feed from the DSS.
– Resurfacing works to the main forecourt area and associated civils (new drainage for the water recycle system etc).
– Replacement of the existing vehicle wash facilities, with new lances etc.
– Replacement of the existing lighting columns with modern equivalents.
– Repair works to the perimeter fence line.
