Mike Rowland and Son are deemed the only supplier able to fulfil this requirement as this purchase is in addition to existing goods supplied by Mike Rowland and Son and it is essential that there is standardisation between the new and existing goods in order to ensure continuity and safety in the training of Combined Cadet Forces recruits by mitigating the risk of injury when operating different styles/types of equipment.
