A pipeline has been launched for Justice Leaders Scheme.The contract start Date is 1 January 2022. Approach to market date is 19 August 2021.The Ministry of Justice (the Authority) intends to tender for the provision of a Justice Leaders Scheme in England and Wales. The Leadership, Talent and Capability team (LTC) within the Ministry of Justice have designed the outline of a new scheme which aims to provide a Masters qualification that will develop candidate leadership skills as well as encompassing the operational accreditation required to work across all areas of HMPPS (Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service). The new Justice Leaders Scheme will recruit high potential individuals who can fulfil leadership roles across the whole of HMPPS, injecting operational leadership expertise across prison, probation and youth custody. This ‘one HMPPS’ approach offers an exciting opportunity to create a more dynamic and mobile leadership cadre ensuring the retention of senior operational leaders.This notice is for information only and the Authority reserves the right to not proceed to tender.
