4. Description: Engineering works and construction works. Expressions of Interest are requested to tender for the construction of a new Construction of a New Military Transport Fuel Installation (MTFI) at Kirkcudbright Training Centre.
The construction of the MTFI includes:

• The construction of hardstanding areas, associated with a new MTFI installation.
• Installation of above ground fuel tanks and supporting infrastructure in compliance with MOD Fuel & Gas Safety Regulator.
• Approved drainage system incorporating an Oil water Interceptor tank.
• Demolition and decommissioning of the existing MTFI on Kirkcudbright Training Centre.
• Installation of a new perimeter fence and CCTV secure access gate installations.
• Environmental support works relating to the construction.

Tenders are able to express an interest for the construction of the approved design currently sitting at RIBA Stage 4.
