4. Description: The Awarding Authority is seeking to appoint a provider to design and deliver Pre-Hospital Casualty Care (PHCC) training. The Training Provider shall design and deliver an accredited Programme of training that will provide NFRS trainers with the appropriate knowledge and competence in pre-hospital care to deliver a Level 3 Certificate Training Programme in First Response Emergency Care (PHEM D) that complies with the requirements of and achieves the standard as prescribed by the Faculty of Pre Hospital Care of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd).
