A port authority wants expression of interests for engineering design of a multipurpose bay terminal.
You must be able to:
provide a detailed, numerical model study
prepare a detailed layout of the bay terminal
prepare exact location, dimensions of all probable structures
prepare detailed designs of all civil, electrical, mechanical and nautical structures
propose manpower required to operate the entire terminal
propose equipment list with cost and maintenance schedule
design and propose navigational equipment
design a security system and network to support the ISPS code for the terminal
propose route networks for hinterland connectivity including design of utility services
planning and design of all elements to construct and operate the terminal
prepare the related tender document
