Lot 1: Block, converted house, house, garage and other associated building fabric – areas where significant works are required;
Lot 2: Block, converted house, garage and other associated internal communal areas; – the internal areas where repairs, upgrades and refurbishment is required;
Lot 3: External Decoration and Works – this refers to the external areas of blocks, converted house, house, garage and other associated areas which are generally in a good condition but have reached a stage where cyclical decoration is required. Associated repairs would be carried out at the same time;
Lot 4: Internal Refurbishment – this refers to repairs, upgrade and refurbishment works to the internal areas of dwellings. This would include works to doors and windows if required;
Lot 5: Fire Safety Works – this refers to fire safety works and other repairs, upgrade and refurbishment works that would be carried out at the same time; works include but are not restricted to: See each Lot description.
