Problem to be solved: CMDG are commissioned by HMRC to deliver Content based solutions driven by challenging timescales. The only effective way to do this is to supplement our in house capabilities with capability from external Service Providers.

In some cases OpenText Professional Services may be engaged to provide specialist resources around niche or out of support products (Dedicated Support Engineer) there are also contingent labour (PSC) staff engaged at times for specialist skills.
