Time-limit: 29/01/2021 14:00 Information Requested: The Ministry of Defence (MOD) are considering a requirement for an upgrade to an existing Naloxone Hydrochloride vial capability to a NHHDV capability. The capability is required to be administered to humans. NHHDV requirements are as follows:
– Concentration of 5mg/ml in a 20ml vial.
– Minimum shelf life of 3 years when stored in an ambient environment of 18-25C.
– Replenishment every 3 years.
– Ability to supply-on-demand to enable the end-user to maintain a minimum stock level.
· Supply required for a minimum of 12 years or until the capability is reviewed.
– Manufactured according to GMP standards.
– Available off-the-shelf.
In addition to confirming the above requirements can be met, the following information is required:
1. Indicative pricing (including any variances against different order quantities) and availability for delivery for 354 Vials in the coming 6-12 months from the date of this RFI;
2. Outline timescales for delivery;
3. Licensing or any other restrictions that may apply to export to the UK;
4. Confirmation that the solution is in current production.
The MOD is only seeking information from industry at this stage on availability and basic technical information of potential NHHDV solutions that meet or exceed the requirements listed above.
Submissions with product data sheets are initially invited. Promising and appropriate responses may be followed up by a meeting to discuss the requirement further.
