The Authority is therefore conducting a market analysis activity to inform the procurement strategy for a potential restricted competition to award a contract to deliver the requirement. The SS Derbent Wreck Survey requirement is currently an unfunded initiative and in issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN), the MOD is not committing to carry out any procurement in relation to the strategy stated in this PIN.
