The Defence Forces intends to tender for the provision of Internal Communication and Employee Engagement services to support improved employee engagement and subsequent retention of our personnel. The successful tenderer will be called on to work collaboratively with the Defence Forces on employee engagement initiatives, communication platform audit and development, employee voice mechanisms, communication workshops, employee engagement surveying and advice on driving workplace invigoration.
