Former MOD Commercial Director, Les Mosco will return to Defence Procurement, Research, Technology & Exportability (DPRTE) 2020 taking place at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre on 3 September.

Mr Mosco, a familiar face at DPRTE, will once again return to chair the Keynote Arena, which will host a range of the leading and most influential speakers from across the defence procurement and supply chain marketplace.

Names announced so far include Air Commodore Rich Withnall, Medical Director of the UK Defence Medical Services; Andrew Forzani, Chief Commercial Officer of the MOD; Ruth Todd, Commercial Director of the Submarine Delivery Agency; and Colonel Tim Collins OBE, who will deliver a motivational and leadership address.

Attendees will have an invaluable opportunity to hear directly from those personnel who are actively engaged in both setting and delivering the direction of the UK’s defence procurement and supply chain strategy.

Mr Mosco has led the commercial function at MOD and the Scottish Office, Network Rail, Amerada Hess Oil & Gas, NatWest Bank and held other senior positions in the public and private sector. Now an independent, he is a Non-Executive Director at Transport for Greater Manchester, a Trustee/Director at 2 charities, and an Advisor/Consultant to a variety of clients including the Bank of England, the National Audit Office, PA Consulting and BiP Solutions.

DPRTE 2020 will bring together buyers, suppliers and defence thought leaders in an engaging environment where they can network and discuss the latest market developments and opportunities.
