The current contract for Fire blankets – Framework Lead is projected to end on 25-JAN-20 and may be available for retender. Fire Safety (Inspection, Servicing, Maintenance & Installation) Services.
The aim is to establish a Service Level Agreement with a preferred contractor/service provider in each of 5 geographical lots for delivering a comprehensive range of fire safety (inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance & installation) services across a wide range of residential (inc. blocks and group schemes) and non-residential (inc. offices) properties.
A core requirement is the ability to deliver a high quality service that will deliver the highest standards of health and safety at a ‘best value’ price.
Having existing alliances with a number of key RSL and local authority partners across the South and South-West of England, access to the framework will also be available to fellow members of the Sovereign Procurement Consortium and Sovereign Development Consortium.
