The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), as the contracting authority, is re-tendering the National Legal Services Framework for the supply of legal services to complement any existing in-house service for up to 43 Police Forces, (the Elected Police and Crime Commissioner, the Police Commissioner, Chief Constables where they are the contracting authority for the Force) their partner agencies, the GLA, and successors in title throughout England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
A full list of all eligible customers can be found on Bluelight () in document Annex 1 ‘List of Participating Bodies’. The services are to be called off over a 4 year period.
The MOPAC invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced firms of solicitors in tendering for a framework agreement, for the following four lots of legal services:
Lot 1 – Procurement, Contract and Commercial, Governance
Lot 2 – Civil Litigation and Personal Injury
Lot 3 – Employment
Lot 4 – Property (including Commercial, Residential Property & PFI).
