The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales requires a Contractor to provide Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance Services for the following categories of Services at the Premises:
– General Electrical Inspection and Maintenance,
– Emergency lighting (service start date 1.4.2018),
– Generator testing and maintenance,
– Lightning protection,
– PAT testing,
– Emergency call outs,
– Minor works and any other required services which are linked to the above Services and reasonably requested by the Authorised Officer.
