Short description of the contract or purchase(s): This notice invites candidates to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for a Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Police Waterproof Garments.
The following items are required:
1. High Visibility Yellow Blouson
2. High Visibility 3/4 Length Anorak
3. Black Waterproof Over Trousers
4. High Visibility Yellow Over Trousers
5. High Visibility Carriage of Equipment Vest
6. High Visibility Salopettes
Details of the estimated quantities are provided in the PQQ Document.
A single supplier will be appointed to the Framework. The Scottish Police Authority is the administrator of the Framework Agreement and shall act as referee in matters relating to the Framework. In addition to Police Scotland, the British Transport Police is permitted to utilise the Framework Agreement.
Details of the scope of the requirement is provided in the attached PQQ.
