Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Police and Crime Commissioner seeks to establish a Framework Agreement with a Single Operator to provide a service for the Destruction and Disposal of Protectively Marked Waste. The waste materials that have been identified include paper documents, uniform and textiles and magnetic media, which require secure shredding and disposal. The framework will be open to Public Sector Organisations listed in the specification document and there is a list attached to this notice.
