Merseyside Police wish to provide the staff, clients and visitors of the Force with an efficient, quality service at Force Headquarters Canning Place, and possibly at 2 other locations.
Due to the austerity measures being imposed on Public Sector organisations there is no budget for this service therefore it must be self-financing i.e. nil subsidy.
The offer must include the provision of operational feeding, hospitality and a counter service.
