4. Description: Refurbishment of run-down buildings. Refurbishment work. North Norfolk District Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to undertake refurbishment works to a Public Convenience situated at the top of the Lees, Sheringham West promenade. The scope of the works includes general building refurbishment and fit out to include the installation of a fully functioning Changing Places facility.
Form of Contract will be JCT Minor Works with Contractors Design (M&E works). Please carefully follow instructions below to submit your completed tender.
