Our current X-ray equipment was installed in 2012 and was intended to last for 10 years. However, the equipment is now reaching its end of life. We require 6no. Hold Baggage X-rays and associated equipment which are to be upgraded to a modern standard with all current safety standards being included. All equipment is required to last a minimum of 10 years. In addition to this, all equipment should be easily supported with a maintenance support contract which takes into account the remote island locations.

Tenderers will be required to demonstrate sufficient economic and financial stability, as well as the necessary suitability and technical capability outlined in the SPD.
Tenderers are required to achieve a minimum score of 50% in the SPD Experience examples.
After successfully passing the SPD, tenderers must achieve a PASS in the Mandatory Goods requirements.
Following successfully achieving a PASS in the mandatory goods requirements, a minimum of 50% must be achieved in the Quality Criteria.
The winning Tender will be the one that achieves the highest combined Score (Price 40% and Quality 60%).
