The objectives of the project are:
To replace end of life systems.
To refurbish the back-of house sub-surface station ensuring compliance with current regulations/standards.
To rationalise facility layout by relocating teams/stakeholders within the footprint of the facility.
To explore options during this project to “future-proof” the facility to enable future changes in building use.
The successful designer will be required to develop and evaluate options in line with the project Benefits and Requirements, make recommendation, and develop the design of the recommended option to a RIBA 2 Level of Detail. It is envisaged that the successful designer will continue after this initial options study to carry out RIBA 3 and 4 design as a preferred partner contingent on performance
