4. Description: The service required will consist of standalone Annual Psychological Assessments for a number of high-risk individuals (approximately 52), with the provision of a suitable therapy such as EMDR, Tf-CBT, or any other suitable therapy deemed necessary on a case by case basis, if there is an identified need for an individual stemming from this assessment.
For all other staff, the service required will be for an initial assessment and therapy as and when required. Numbers may fluctuate throughout the term of the contract, but on average the number is between 10-20 referrals per year (based on previous yearly figures)
All interventions shall be delivered on a one-to-one, face to face basis.
