Both works will be as follows
Replace and dispose of main Gents panels and detection devices
Retain and reuse existing loop wiring
Supply and install Advanced Electronics MxPro5 control panel with Hochiki esp devices as a L2 system to BS5839-1:2017
Integrate kitchen door monitoring
Install audible and visual warning devices
Install loop powered interfaces – Boiler shutdown/Salto release
Replace vibrating pillow connections
Commission new system
Asbestos – A PC sum of £3K is entered into the Schedule of works for unforeseen works.
