The overarching objective of this project is to improve on workflow management in specific areas in order to provide efficient service to internal and external clients of the Jamaica Constabulary Force by procuring and implementing an effective and efficient ERP solution. This business solution is required primarily for the following 4 areas of the JCF
budgeting and forecasting
procurement and requisition
asset management and maintenance
financial reporting and distribution
