The Contractor shall be expected to adhere by the HMNB site security requirements, all Contractors and Sub-Contractors shall be BPSS security vetted and will be required to hold the relevant site security passes.
The Contractor shall be expected to hold the following levels of insurance £10m Public Liability, £10m Product Liability, £5m Professional Indemnity.

Project Background
Installation of cofferdam with stone sea wall to 6 Dock in Historic area of PNB. Works will compile of installation of steel sheet piles with stone cladding facade to comply to Historic Monument structure requirement and preserve this Historic Monument.
Project Programme of works
Undertake works as per the approved design to install cofferdam to Historic Monument.
Stone wall repairs
Full structure wall repairs to North and South sea walls
Removal of silt from apron area to install drainage to new formed dry dock.
Install sheet steel pile cladding
Culvert survey and repairs.
Stone façade to cofferdam in keeping with Historic Monument
Undertake a full structural survey to Historic protected lock gates.
Compile detail report for Historic England to agree methodology to preserve lock gates.
Undertake the repairs to preserve the gates.
