A pipeline has been launched for CPV Maintenance and Safety Equipment Recertification (MSER) – Future Opportunity.The contract start Date is 10 June 2024. Approach to market date is 4 April 2024.This is a Future Opportunity Notice to let potential bidders prepare themselves for the MSER of CPV Active.The dates that the vessel will need to be berthed are 10 June 2024 to 28 June 2024.The Opportunity to bid for this competition will be 4 April 2024The basic requirement will be:Annex A – General Requirements of WorkAnnex B – Inspection, Testing and Certification of Safety EquipmentAnnex C – Vessel Maintenance TasksAnnex D – Modifications and Defect RectificationTechnical ResponsesThe full requirement will be provided at Tender stage when full needs for the vessel are known.Please note that although the opportunity is currently listed as Any Region – the region that this work will be required will be based on operational activity and confirmed when the Tender Opportunity is launched. A potential option to store the vessel out of the water for a period of time post contract may be included. This is also to be determined when the Tender is launched.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
