The baggage handling equipment (BHE) system includes:

baggage interface with Hong Kong Airport Authority

upgrades to adopting full automation by using latest technologies such as automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) and robotic arms
benchmarking and optioneering
capital expenditure (CAPEX) estimation

interface and construction phasing plan study
developing a conceptual design for the upgrade of the whole BHE system
