Present a detailed project plans including costs which outlines the development and delivery of a Leadership and Development Programme for mental health team managers working within the Awarding Authority, and third sector, as well as those who have been identified as having the potential and aspiration to move into such positions
Develop the curriculum and assessment methodology for the programme
Produce bilingual learning and programme materials
Ensure accreditation of the programme
Consider and recommend on the fee to be charged by the HEI for per capita delivery of the course.
