An agency is seeking to award a contract for the repair and maintenance of land mobile radio equipment.
Description
The scope of this maintenance requirement is to award a five-year contract, consisting of five one-year tranches, for repairs and services of NATO-owned land mobile radio (LMR) pieces of equipment.
This is located in the military HQ at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) and at the Supreme Allied Commander Europe’s (SACEUR’s) residence in Mons, Belgium.
The contractor will perform a recurring maintenance service to cover:
corrective repairs
preventive maintenance
removal and installation of equipment
antenna installation assessments
future upgrade surveys
completing repair and maintenance of LMR infrastructures
The list of equipment to be maintained will be verified annually and where necessary, contract amendment action will be conducted.
