The Contractor requires expert advice from “The Fire Stopping Consultant” who will taking Design Responsibility for identifying fully tested solutions and assurance of the sealing of all service penetrations, including fire rated supports. The Fire Stopping Consultant will require a minimum of £5m Professional Indemnity Insurance cover and will provide guidance on the following in relation to the ongoing BWIC design and similar support during construction:

Respondents to this opportunity should be advised that prior to shortlisting, the Buyer will undertake a rigorous ‘due diligence process.
