is lawful, by stating the relevant facts and, as appropriate, the conclusions of law in accordance with the directive:
Both electricity and gas are essential utilities required for heating, hot water and power on the British Army (German) estate to deliver the operational commitment without it the Army is compromised. Given the timeframe of the contract (9 Months) and the climate of the gas industry DIO intends to enter a single Source Contract with E.ON.
