Invitation for bid procedure for the provision of NATO Communication
Infrastructure Contractor Logistics Support.
The purpose of this Contract is to operate and maintain the existing NCI project’s scope for hardware, software and associated licenses, for network devices as well as for the complete Domain Specific Management System (DSMS).
The NCI CLS services includes:
development, delivery and implementation of a CLS Plan (CLSP) including CLS programme planning and management
delivery and management of the support contract in accordance with the CLS Plan
provision of level 4 hardware maintenance and support
provision of level 4 software maintenance and support
provision of licenses support and maintenance (both for software and hardware)
provision of on-site technical support
provision of remote technical support
conducting CLS performance reporting and reviews
advanced exchange (RMA) – break and fix
end-of-life product management
The contractor shall provide the supplies and services indicated in the schedule of supplies and services and perform the work described in the statement of work.
This is a firm fixed price contract established for the supplies and services defined.
The base year and 4 option years shall not exceed €6,500,000 per year (€32,500,000.00 total).
The Purchaser assumes no liability for costs incurred by the contractor in excess of the stated firm fixed price except as provided under other provisions of this contract. The total contract price is inclusive of all expenses related to the performance of the present contract.
