The Awarding Authority is a new railway testing and development centre being built in South Wales (see ). As well as serving as a unique testing facility, it will also deliver a showcase for all that is best in railway technology, products and services. GCRE is offering at this time the opportunity for organisations to donate assets to meet the requirements for the GCRE construction and operation.

There is potential for a wide range of assets to be incorporated in the GCRE build. At this stage GCRE Ltd is interested to offer the opportunity to organisations to provide assets as part of a railway showcase opportunity. This provides organisations the opportunity to contribute/donate assets at zero cost, in return for promotion and recognition as a GCRE supporter, the ability to showcase the asset for an extended period as part of a live railway system, providing the opportunity to demonstrate the installed equipment to potential customers.
