Please note that the successful Tenderer must:. (i) Have an ECHO Certification (i.e. signed Terms of Use with University of New Mexico) or must be able to put it in place by 1st Aril 2023.. (ii) Have a lead Clinical Facilitator with relevant experience using the ECHO methodology with up to date certification with their own appropriate professional body as per clause 6 of the specification..
