II.1.1) Title: Procurement of the buses and related equipment and services for creation of a smart urban transportation service in Edinet municipality

II.1.4) Short Description: Supplies are needed to organize a new smart urban transportation service in Edinet municipality.
The service is created in the project “Edinet-insights into tomorrow cities”, implemented by Edinet municipality, the Republic of Moldova in partnership with Alba Iulia Municipality, Romania with EU financing.
The Supplies includes transportation units, smart monitoring and management equipment, bus waiting stations, bicycles for public transport (multimodal) with station and management tool, and equipment for car base maintenance, and are divided in lots:
Lot.1. Buses for urban transportation- 8 units
Lot 2. Intelligent monitoring and management equipment and software (including ticketing, traffic lights, and passenger information) for 8 buses and intelligent traffic lights in 5 intersections in the city:

Lot 5. Equipment for car park
The lot 4. Bicycles for public transport will be launched later in 2022.

List and brief description of selection criteria: 1. Similar contract or project implemented satisfactory, confirmed with copies of documents and a recommendation from the beneficiary

3. To have sufficient employees in the field relevant to the contract to perform the tasks within the required time (to present the list of employees available for the contract)
4. To have and/or to have contracted an authorized service center in Moldova or a service center indicated by the manufacturer, preferably in Romania

Lot 4 – car base mechanic/car base maintenance equipment expert ( to present the copies of confirmation documents)

III.2.2) Contract performance conditions: 1.All equipment should contain project visibility elements that must comply with the rules laid down in the Communication and Visibility Manual for EU External Actions published on the website of DG International Cooperation and Development:
2.The amount of the performance guarantee shall be 5 % of the total contract price, including any amounts stipulated in the addenda to the contract.
For contracts of EUR 150 000 or below, the contracting authority does not require such a guarantee.
