The Project aims to develop a tailored solution to the green financing needs MAS companies, thereby expanding the green financing market and creating new investment opportunities for IFC. Green financing in this Terms of Reference (TOR) refers to green/blue bonds, green/blue loans, sustainability-linked bonds, sustainability-linked loans and transition finance.
