Development of project documentation for the construction of a de-icing storage at an airbase for the storing of materials.
It is needed at Namest airbase in the Czech Republic for the storage of materials and operation of equipment, needed to provide winter maintenance of airfield surfaces and aircraft.
The work is for a:
new building with depot of defrosting agents and de-icing fluids (200 tons in bags and 50 pieces in 1 metre tanks)
mixing centre
washing area for washing equipment
garage for 3 special trucks
The compound also wants a new asphalt parking area for parking trucks.
As part of the construction, a complete renovation of the concrete area in the adjacent hangar will be realised for parking the trucks and construction of a parking platform.
You should be able to provide the design work and engineering activities needed for the pre preparation and construction of de-icing storage, in particular:
Development of project documentation needed for a building permit
development of project documentation for construction work/final design
development of an inventory of all works, supplies and services, including a bill of quantities and construction costing;
ensuring an occupational health and safety coordinator
ensuring the author`s supervision of the construction
development of Type C cost estimate
