Security guarding and dog handling services (on request) are needed at 2 NATO locations in Belgium.
You should be able to provide security guarding and dog handling services (on request) at:
NCI Agency, Braine l’Alleud
NATO satellite ground station at Kester
These services are needed to enhance the security profile of these sites and are wanted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
You must provide the:
manpower
materials
tools
training
supervision and management
You personnel should have a security clearance up to NATO secret.
Lot 1 is for NCIA HQ Braine l’Alleud, Belgium
During the constructions works it wants:
2 security armed guards 24/7 in a 2 shift system after establishment of a security control centre and the secure areas in the building:
4 security armed guards between 6 pm to 6 pm
3 security armed guards between Monday to Friday 6 pm to 6 am (Monday to Friday)
3 security armed guards required for both shifts during weekends and NATO holidays
The site will have an integrated security system comprising of:
2 separate and distinct fence lines
perimeter intruder detection system
a comprehensive closed circuit television (CCTV) system
an automatic access control system to some areas
Lot 2 is for NATO SGS Kester
You will need to provide security guard positions are manned at all times, it wants:
4 security armed guards between 6 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday except NATO holidays)
3 security armed guards between 6 pm to 6 am (Monday to Friday)
3 security armed guards required for both shifts during weekends and official NATO holidays
You will be responsible for providing armed guard services in accordance with all:
current applicable Belgian legislation
rules and regulations including weapon training
safety, storage and use
The site will have an integrated security system comprising of:
2 separate and distinct fence lines
perimeter intruder detection system
a comprehensive Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system
an automatic access control system to some areas
