A defence authority has invited a tender for 2 mobile hydraulic cranes
The cranes will be used for lifting and shifting of heavy machinery or equipment. They are to be designed and constructed fulfilling the requirement of international standards.
You must fulfill the specifications including:
capacity of 30 tons
4 section full power partially synchronised telescoping boom of round hexagonal box construction with 3 sheaves at bottom head
2 stage swing around boom extension
triple offset type
box type top section telescopes from lattice type base section which stows alongside base bottom section
single sheaves at jib head
boom angle (at least 0 degree to 81 degree)
hoist – main winch: variable speed type with grooved drum driven by hydraulic axial piston
hoist – auxiliary winch: variable speed type with grooved drum driven by hydraulic axial piston
hook blocks: one hook block of at least 30 tonne capacity for use with the main winch and one hook block of at least 4 tonne capacity for use with the auxiliary winch are to be provided
