MCS, who are leading on Marine Treasures, the marine component of the Natur am Byth project, are seeking to let a separate contract for each of the coordinators of the two marine project areas: Pembrokeshire and Llŷn & Ynys Môn. MCS will manage these contracts with additional support provided by the Natur am Byth (NaB) project management staff. Each of the contracted regional coordinators will supervise the species/theme-specific contracts determined for each area.

The marine project covers the following marine species and themes,

Regional coordinator contracts will be awarded first (prior to the species/theme contracts), enabling regional co-ordinators to be involved in procuring the species/theme contracts together with MCS and NRW.A separate ITT will be developed for Native Oyster project. Contracts for Crawfish, Pink Sea Fan and Seagrass and Water quality will be commissioned using single or multiple quotations, depending upon contract size and in line with MCS’ procurement rules.
