The air and sea ports authority is looking for a specialist with air navigation modernisation and improvement expertise
You should be able to but not be limited to:
oversee, coordinate design and implement the Caribbean Regional Air Transport Connectivity Project (CATCOP), to provide air navigation systems improvements, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget and to technical specifications
coordinate with other CATCOP and non CATCOP airport improvement activities to ensure design compatibility, minimise interference and disruption during construction activities and ensure implementation
You would also be expected to support the procurement of the:
terrain surveys
design
equipment
installation
testing
instrument approach procedure design
aeronautical chart updates
The would be done by:
providing technical input for the bidding
providing contract documents and technical / cost evaluation of bids
overseeing, managing and coordinating contractors
